Their VPS plans are feature-packed, including a free cPanel license and root access, which is becoming rarer these days. The technical support team is exceptional—they often go above and beyond to help with issues that aren't even strictly related to the hosting environment.
Solid performance, though the dashboard feels a bit cluttered

My only minor complaint is that the Account Management Panel (AMP) is a little clunky compared to modern cloud providers like DigitalOcean. It takes a few extra clicks to find what you need, but once you're in the server, the performance is top-tier.
