They didn't just move the files; they checked the PHP versions and ensured the databases were optimized. Since the move, our ticket volume for "slow site" complaints has dropped to zero.

Liquid Web is certainly at the higher end of the price spectrum, but for my agency, it is an essential investment. We moved three high-traffic e-commerce stores here last year and the stability has been flawless. Their "Heroic Support" isn't just a marketing slogan; whenever we hit a snag with a complex server configuration or an SSL issue, a real human is on the line within minutes. It's expensive, but when your site generates five figures an hour, you can't afford a budget host.

The performance of their Cloud VPS is among the best I have ever benchmarked. The network throughput is incredibly consistent, and the 100% uptime guarantee actually seems to hold up. However, I'm giving them 4 stars because the cost is nearly double what you'd pay at a developer-centric host like Vultr. If you need the hand-holding and the managed services, it's the best in the business, but small dev teams might find the monthly bill a bit hard to swallow.
