We check every provider's prices daily from 16 November to 2 December and compare them with our own records from before the sale.

Hostinger Black Friday VPS sale
Runs from October 19, 2026 to December 14, 2026. The discount applies without a coupon. You pay the full 24 months upfront, and the prices exclude VAT. After 24 months each plan renews at the higher price, for the same term.

Our verdict: The KVM 1 price of $6.49 is the same 24-month intro price Hostinger has charged since March 2026, so this is its usual offer with a Black Friday label. The struck-through prices on Hostinger's page are reference prices, not what the plans cost before the sale.

ScalaHosting Black Friday VPS sale
Runs from October 19, 2026 to December 1, 2026. Only the managed Cloud plans are on sale; the unmanaged Cloud VPS keeps its usual intro price. The sale prices need a 1-year term paid upfront, and each plan then renews at its standard monthly price.

Our verdict: Build #1 costs $22.46 a month on the 1-year term, against a standard price of $54.95. ScalaHosting's page doesn't show what the 1-year term costs outside the sale, so we can't tell how much of that cut is new. Year two costs more than twice as much, so count the renewal in.

When is Black Friday 2026?
Black Friday is on Friday November 27, 2026 and Cyber Monday on November 30, 2026. Many hosting sales start weeks earlier: Hostinger's VPS sale runs from October 19, 2026 to December 14, 2026.
Are Black Friday VPS deals really cheaper?
Some are, many aren't. Hosting companies often show a struck-through reference price that nobody pays, and some Black Friday prices are the same intro prices they charge all year. We compare each deal with the price we recorded before the sale, and with the cheapest regular plan of the same size at other providers.
Why do Black Friday VPS deals need a 1, 2 or 3-year term?
The low monthly price is how the provider pays for a long commitment that you usually pay upfront. A $6.49 a month deal on a 24-month term is a payment of $155.76 on the day you buy. If you only need the server for a few months, a plan billed monthly can work out cheaper.
What happens when the Black Friday term ends?
The plan renews at the provider's regular price, which is often two to three times the sale price. We list the renewal price next to every deal, so you can work out what the second term costs.
How do you check the deals?
We read each provider's own pricing page every Sunday, and every day from 16 November to 2 December. Our first recorded prices are from October 27, 2026, and every deal is compared with those. Sales that need a coupon or only show in a basket are checked by hand, with the date of that check.
